Map customer journeys, address pain points, and track usage. Develop thought leadership programs to measure success with NPS, AED, net POS, retention, and account growth.**Responsibilities**:- Mapping out customer journeys and addressing pain points with effective solutions- Tracking customers' usage and building relevant programs to induce higher usage- Driving thought leadership programs, training, and focus groups to better engage customers- Leading a cross-functional team in delivering customer-focused servicing- Developing end-to-end customer journey and success programs- Providing insightful data analysis and strategic recommendations- Conducting training sessions to induce more customers' usage- Driving customer development initiatives and programs to better engage customers and build LN brand**Requirements**:- Obtained a legal education and/or knowledge at the Bachelor's level.- Able to efficiently oversee intricate procedures and creatively craft for a long time.- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills- Effective probing skills to comprehend customers' pain points.- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting toolsWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
