QSR Brands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer success roles.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Lead customer training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and usage of our products/services- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities- Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers- Develop and implement customer success metrics and KPIs to track and report on performance

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven track record of success in customer success roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels- Resourceful and resilient, able to navigate and resolve complex customer challenges- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
