Job Description:

Maxis Berhad, a leading telecommunications company in Malaysia, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.3. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing success.4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.7. Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products and services.8. Proactively address customer issues and escalations to ensure a positive customer experience.9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. 7+ years of experience in customer success management or a similar role.3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits.4. Strong soft skills in innovation and project management.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.8. Experience working with cross-functional teams.9. Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and technologies.
