Job Description:
Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
Responsibilities:1. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.5. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions.6. Think creatively to come up with innovative ways to exceed customer expectations and drive customer success.7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and needs to help shape future strategies.8. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:1. Hardworking and independent individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.2. Ability to negotiate effectively and think creatively to solve complex problems.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.4. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.5. Prior experience in customer service is not required, but is a plus.6. Must be able to work part-time hours in George Town, Penang, MY.
