Job Description:
Petronas is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.3. Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address customer needs and concerns.4. Conduct research to identify customer trends and provide recommendations for improvement.5. Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure successful product adoption.6. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive engagement and loyalty.7. Monitor key performance metrics and deliver regular reports to management.8. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.5. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success best practices.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
