Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: - Systems - CRM will be provided by Sutherland
- You will be getting Express VPN with an Indonesia IP
- Devices will have to be procured for setting up an experience zone - Smart TVs, Apple TV, Fire TV, iPhone, iPad and Android phone.
- Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:
- Has a Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree
- Proficient in English (High) and Bahasa Indonesia (High)
- Should be active on different social media platforms
- Typing skills 40 words per minute
- Email & Social media support experience is preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process
- 8 am - 10 pm - 7days a week (2 days off with rotation shift)
