Braverman is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their queries and concerns.We're currently recruiting full-time Customer Service Team Members to cover night shifts and weekends.This work will be based fully from home and you are required to have a computer/laptop and working internet.**Responsibilities**:- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the problem, providing solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information- Collaborate with other teams, such as Design and Operations, to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of issues- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction- Provide product recommendations and advice to customers based on their needs and preferences- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and maintain a high level of customer retention- Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a customer support executive or similar role- Excellent command on written English- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- A passion for providing exceptional customer serviceEducation and Experience:- Diploma preferred- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related fieldPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shift- Holidays- Night shift- Weekend jobs
