Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:- TalenCloud focuses in technology related job placement.- Our Client ranges from fast-growing startups to public listed companies.**Responsibilities**- Be the main liaison between Sales and Warehouse operations to ensure smooth communication of customers' order requests for accurate and timely delivery of laminates.- Service recovery and feedback management.- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.- Liaise with Store Department and carry out stock balance checking.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in administrative positions will be considered a plus.- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.- Ability to work under pressure.- Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.Benefits
