Customer Support

**Responsibilities**:1. Sales lead generation via online channels.3. Tour operation follow up.4. Execution of paper work (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).5. After sales follow up.6. Onsite visit when necessary.7. Tour research and itinerary setup.**Qualifications**:1. SPM / STPM / Diploma or Degree in Tourism / Hotel Management / Business Studies.2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.3. Able to speak/read/write in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.5. Have your own transport.6. Outspoken & soft spoken person.7. Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry.8. Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour9. Basic computer skill (Outlook, excel, Word)10. Willing to travel when necessary11.
