Customer Support (Mandarin Speaker)

Job description:- Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads- Create and manage customers account.- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with quality services- Maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers to establish and create a good customer experience.- Manage customer database and prepare costing / analysis reports- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.- Support office administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Job requirements:- At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in any field.- Experienced, 3 years and above in relevant positions.- Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative environment that requires to coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.- Have good Initiative, analytical and negotiation skills.- Willing to take on more tasks/responsibilities when the business requires- Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure- Possess own transport- Willing to travelPay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
