Customer Support Officer

The Customer Support Officer at S P Setia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Processing customer orders and returns- Managing and updating customer accounts - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Reporting customer feedback to management to improve customer experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any field- Strong communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Adaptable and independent work ethic- Strong negotiation skills- Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers- No prior experience required
