Your new role Develop data analytics pipelines to enhance business intelligence reach and capabilities. Conduct end-to-end customer journey analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the key performance metrics and goals before translating them into reporting interfaces and deliverables. Adding data sets into the environment, revamping, and optimising the database. Exploit visualisation tools (e.g., Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau). What you'll need to succeed At least five 5 years of relevant analytical experience in Sales/Marketing/Financial Analysis/Research. Experience in CRM platform like Salesforce is required. Fluency in SQL, and ability to communicate the insights and findings to business stakeholders. Knowledge in analytics-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, R and/or MATLAB) and in computer software (e.g., Microsoft software applications).
