Data / Business Analyst

Job Scope:- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key performance metrics and trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and understand business needs, translating them into analytical solutions.- Identify and define key business metrics and KPIs, continuously monitoring and analyzing them to track performance and identify areas for improvement.- Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions or investigate anomalies in the data, presenting findings and insights to stakeholders.- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities for business growth and optimization.- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.- Assist in the implementation and optimization of data management processes and systems to ensure efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval.
