Data & Certification Executive (Miri)

**Job Requirements**:- Degree holder in any field of study- Working experience in certifications & production data management**Job Descriptions**:- Perform data analysis for discussion with production team for continuous improvement.- Supervise the data collection by Tally of all production sections and data entry of all production records into ERP Axapta system.- Verify and ensure the data entry and report accuracy.- Prepare daily, monthly and Annual Production Report.- Prepare month end report and stock take and recovery reports.- Report to STIDC on monthly IPR.- Follow the Documented Information Controls- Retain electronic files within the department safely.- Coordinate with all departments to ensure conformity to Standard Requirements of every certifications maintain by company.- Coordinate with all department in maintaining updated procedures/ work instructions/ guideline, conforming to standard requirements.- Liaise with any other relevant department/ sections.- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
