**The Opportunity**Our partner is a well-known provider in servicing Compulsory Third Party, Life and Income Protection Markets based in Australia. Their team of expert in allied health makes innovative practices and quality rehabilitation to provide exceptional outcomes for their customers and clients.They are currently looking for Data & Reporting Administrator who's responsible for transferring and condensing data into a software system for accurate documentation and record-keeping. Follow procedures to enter customer and account information in a timely and efficient manner. Provide reports to upper management, senior leadership and key stakeholders when requested.**Key Responsibilities**- Reviews data to ensure the accuracy of data input and prioritizes projects in order of importance.- Data analytics - create spreadsheets and run reports on data to guide service delivery initiatives.- Entering data into software within specified timeframe- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.- Completion of Invoicing throughout the month and at months end- Ensures confidentiality of information by following company policies and procedures- Other administrative duties as requested**Qualifications and Experience**:- Min Diploma or Degree in any field of studies- MUST possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in data management and reporting- MUST be strong in MS Excel- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills- Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.**ASW Offers**- We are experts in international partnerships.
