Data Reviewer - Native / Malaysian Japanese Speaker

**Position: Digital Data Reviewer (Japanese Speaker)****Location: Bangsar south****Responsibilities**:The Content Review Associate will implement our clients' Content moderation strategy, monitoring and moderating content to ensure a safe and fun online environment. The role coordinates with internal and external decision makers to support the mission of ensuring a safe and fun environment while providing excellent customer service to cultivate a strong brand presence in the market place.- Working towards creating a positive environment and improve user experience online.- Managing sensitive content and safeguarding content effectively on digital platforms.- Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.- Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.- Resolving inquires according to defined policies and procedures.- Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements.**Requirements**:Must be able to Read, Write & Speak (Japanese Speaker)Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team.Minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment).
