Dealing Administrator -[Payment Services

**Position: Dealing Administrator****Roles and Responsibilities**:- Provide administrative and clerical support to the client-facing teams.- Handle enquiries and complaints from internal teams.- Monitoring case progress and liaise with internal teams to ensure SLA.- Maintain databases, filing records and prepare reports.- Assist ad-hoc tasks as required.**Requirements**:- 1 years+ working experience, knowledge in **payment service industry and Ecommerce marketplaces is preferred.**:- Proficient in **MS Word and Excel.**:- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task under tight timeline. Capable to work independently.- Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded and well-organized. Adaptive to changes and self-motivated.- Tertiary Education or above.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Dealing Admin: 1 year (preferred)- Payment Service: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
