Deckhand

Greasing and cleaning machinery.- Moving heavy objects around.- Using various ropes, knots, radio and navigational equipment.- Assisting during emergencies and effectively using safety equipment.- Performing general maintenance duties like painting, sweeping and mopping.- Perform duties which include, but are not limited to, cleaning vessel, navigating vessel and assisting in navigation & dredging operation.- Reporting any safety or hazard concerns to the Dredge Master and Dredger Operator.- Carry out safety, maintenance, and housekeeping requirements.- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.**Job Requirements**- Knowledge of basic vessel's service and maintenance procedures.- Ability to respond to emergency situations.- Good communication skills to communicate vessel maintenance team and dredging operation team.**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Vision insuranceAbility to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
