Delivery Rider

**Job Scope**:- SORTATION: Involve into sortation of parcels according to given routes- SCANNING & DISPATCHING: A process to scan the parcel into each individual couriers internal phone-app- DELIVERY: To send the parcels to respective client address; home / office/ commercial- COD COLLECTION: To collect cash from clients for COD type parcels- RAZOR DEPOSIT: To make the payment at 7 Eleven through Razor System according to collected amount via internal app-system- RETURN PARCEL: To return back all remaining parcels which is postponed or failed delivery to hub.- ROUTE: All route are not permanent; staff required to learn all routings within given zones. _For example; the hub may have 4 zones; and each zone might have 3 routes; so staff required to learn all 3 routes in 2 given zone._**Job Payout**:- Basic Wages (_For full time only_)- Attendance Allowance (_If attended 23 days before 8.30am_)- Commissions (_max can achieve Rm150.00 per day based on delivered quantity_)- Additional Bonus (_for achieving certain quantity on daily basis_)Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have own own motorbike?**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Language**:- BAHASA MELAYU (required)License/Certification:- B2 (required)Application Deadline: 05/30/2024Expected Start Date: 05/13/2024
