Responsibilities To maintain positive relationships with customers. To identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context. Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently. Assessing customer feedback to establish, improve, and refine delivery services to be organised and meeting deadlines. To build partnerships and liaising with outlet managers/area coach to deliver food in time. To manage all restaurant online deliveries from GrabFood, FoodPanda, ShopeeFood, and any other e-commerce portals. Ad-hoc duty assigned by the management. Requirements Diploma/ Degree in operations management or any related/relevant field. At least 5 years of working experience in Operations/Sales and Delivery management position or similar. Has experienced in has experience in handling sales/delivery sections. Has experience in estimating departmental requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
