Partner with the service locations and sales, to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (mid and long-term); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives. Participate in all modules of SIOP process, escalating supply issues and potential solutions**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop plans and forecasts and align with the service team- Lead demand reviews with regional leaders- Create orders in SAP, manage end to end process for delivery of the product to service locations- Support Supply reviews and trigger escalations from supply planning reviews- Ensure smooth transition of NPI from Engineering/Product Management to launch- Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master production scheduling and inventory management- Integrate NPI, EOL, promotions and other product demand signals to create a demand forecast- Manage output from portfolio reviews- Review and identify slow moving, surplus & obsolete stocks for disposition and material replenishment strategy revision to meet business objectives. Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages in the supply chain in order to achieve customer satisfaction levels as well as mitigate inventory exposure- Generate required reporting**Key Experience & Capabilities**:- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent or 5 years' experience- Experience in manufacturing planning or service depot demand planning- Experience with MRP/ERP Systems- Ability to lead process improvement- Knowledge of Sigma or lean- Ability to work independently and take direction from others- Established skills and experience in Materials management- Ability to collaborate across functional leadership teams- Excellent verbal and written communication- Fluent with the use of forecasting software processes and tools- Statistical knowledge and problem solving skills**About Us**The world is changing.
