Description
Engage and work closely with key stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Product line) and Supply Chain team (Supply Planning and Customer Service). This role mainly focus on consensure demand plan of all texturizing products, besides managing the process of generating demand forecast, responsible demand review planning in IBP meeting, monitor the demand planning metrics and charting actions, also working with CoE in adapting Cargill best practices and working towared continually improvement process output and accuracy.
This role entail interaction with leads in multiple function and country. i.e. Country Commercial Manager, Commercial Director, Product Line manager, FP&A leader to resolve issue and generate demand plan. Principal Accountabilities 30%: PR process
- Monthly manage opportunities (LEAP) from establish, collection, consolidation and get final Product Review list.
- Work closely with commercial to verify opportunities information and track progress of opportunities.
- Work with Product Management Review facilitator to preprare the meeting deck and Facilities the PR meeting. 40% : Demand Forecast:
- Monthly manage customer demand forecast number from establish, collection, consolidation and get final consensus forecast number.
- Work closely with commercial & product line to verify forecast number.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive demand forecast Vs Actual database for further analysis. 5%: DR in Integrated business planning
- Support Senior Regional S&D planner to prepare the meeting Deck. 15%: Metrics/KPIs & Continue improvement
- Track and Analysis Actual Vs forecast continuously to improve forecast accuracy. 10%: Project or miscellaneous duties assigned
- Support or involve improvement project i.e. data clean-up/ power BI. Support additional analysis as need work other stakeholders on process improvement or metrics standardization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Good knowledge of IBP process, ERP & Microsoft Excel application
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude and positive thinking
- Detailed, meticulous and analytical mindset
