Be positive and proactive during guest interaction and guest request.- Efficient handling of food related guest complaints- Ensure proper recording of food related or any guest complaints.- Keeps open minded working relationship with Cost Controller and checks on daily base on reports to monitor cost and improvement possibilities to control food cost.- Assists Executive Chef to keep food cost within the assigned budget to ensure profitability- Assist Receiving of all goods (Meats, Seafood, Grocery, Fruits, Vegetable, Diary)- Assist Food stores belongs to Kitchen (Fruits, Vegetable, Diary)- Working with the CDC and Sous Chef in encouraging team and constantly keeping up morale.- Assist in maintaining and enhances team grooming and personal hygiene according to hotel policies.- Identifies training needs of kitchen subordinates and recommend to CDC and Sous Chef.- Hard Rock S.O.P to be followed and enforced on daily base.- Always assists the Executive Chef in maintaining equipment in good condition, to maximize operating life and keep records as per system.- Ensures standard of food quality and safety at all times during active checking per shift.- Assist maintaining and enhances ambassadors grooming and personal hygiene according to hotel policies- Control cleaning and hygiene in all walk-in fridges and fridges (Meats, Seafood, Grocery, Fruits, Vegetable, Diary).**Benefits**:- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Tinggi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Food service: 3 years (required)
