1. Responsible for food preparation/daily preparation 2. Support the Sous Chef in the daily activities of the food preparation including inventory and purchasing of supplies. 3. Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing food. 4. Check supplies and prepare lists and ensure all items are prepared in timely. 5. Wash and disinfect Kitchen area, workstation, tables, tools, knives and other equipment. 6. Review status of work and follow-up actions required with the Sous Chef before leaving. 7.
