Details of the offer

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place (preparation and organization of ingredients) for various dishes.- Execute basic cooking techniques and tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and sautéing.- Ensure that food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and under the guidance of senior chefs.- Cook and plate dishes under the supervision of a higher-ranked chef.- Monitor and maintain food quality, flavor, and presentation standards.- Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.- Keep the workstation clean and organized- Maintain kitchen equipment and tools in good working order, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.- Assist with inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels and informing senior chefs when supplies need replenishing.- Properly label, store, and rotate food items to minimize waste.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift
