**Job Title: Demi Chef****Department: Culinary****Report to: Head Chef****Location: Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi****Summary**:We are seeking motivated Chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry to join our Kitchen team.Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.- Ensure food items are prepared ahead of time- To assist main kitchen at busy times to deliver food service on time- To oversee and monitor stock movements and responsible for ordering of market list.- Ensure food regulations adhered to SOP including food hygiene policy- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required- Able to work on-call, shifts, after hours, weekends and on public holidays.**Requirements and Skills**:- Certificate/ Diploma in any related filed- Successful track record in previous employment- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization- Positive attitude with pleasant personality**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Chef: 2 years (preferred)
