Details of the offer

Ensure all food preparation are carried out according to standard recipes.- Ensure food consistency is well maintained at all times, conduct checks for quality and presentation of food.- Assist in monitoring stock movement and balance to maintain adequacy supplies for daily production.- Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.- Ensure the kitchen is in line with the food hygiene and safety practice.- Ensure misen place and ingredient is well prepared at all time.- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Sous Chef / Head Chef.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift
