In charge of an outlet- Check stock- Check buffet replenishments- Check mice en place- Ensure FIFO is being practice- Preparation of sauce used for ala carte orders- Ensure all ala carte items in the menu is available- Assist Chef de'Partie- To perform other duties as required, i.e. special orders, buffet presentation, VIP parties, writing speciality menus for promotions, etc.- To prepare all food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified on guest check to ensure consistency of product to the guest.- **Please provide your own resume for easy reference.**_Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Experience**:- Demi Chef: 1 year (required)Application Deadline: 05/16/2024
