Main Jobscope:Administrative Assistant, performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently mainly focusing on Dental Lab duties.- Dealing with invoices from lab to all dental clinic- Provide statement of account for all clinic every end of month & call each clinic for payment reminder.- Manage staff attendance & commission for dental lab technician- Dealing with all invoice from lab suppliers.- Prepare sale & commission report.Other Responsibilities:- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports- Keep records and reports up to data- Organize and schedule meetings and events- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
