Responsible to produce E&I supports deliverables such as ladder/tray support fabrication drawings, equipment supports. layout plan, and vendor data incorporation (VDI). Meeting deliverable progress for support drawings, material take-off (MTOs), and weight control report (WCR). Resolving clashes inside the 3D model by producing practical and economical design solutions. Assisting PMT personnel using 3D model for cable ladder / tray secondary routing for best sand shortest routes. - To produce and capable in performing the ladder/tray support design and drawing productivity are meeting client's specification and requirements using 3D software. - To ensure the fabrication drawing generated as per MMHE/Client's standard and with good engineering practice. - To review and check drawing quality and drawing quantity produce as per plan schedule. - To update and modify 3D model incorporate Vendor Data and engineering changes. - To extract MTO, C.O.G reports etc from the 3D model. - Assisting lead engineer in preparing the supporting documents such as: snapshot and drawing for STQ / IPCO purposes - To solve the problems encounter in projects with quality decision making. - To liaise with client(s), other engineering disciplines and department for the necessary interface control (e.g. IDC) and coordination to attain the assigned objectives with the desired results - Prepare and review the Bill of Materials (BOM) as per clients' specifications and industry Oil and Gas standards / regulations.
