Project Management Leadership:- Oversee entire project lifecycle & establish specific project objectives2. ISO Process Implementation:- Implement ISO-level processes & monitor said processes3. Quality Control and Assurance:- Initiate quality control measures while assessing gaps and providing workable solutions to it4. Project Reporting and Financial Oversight:- Full P&L responsibility while monitoring budgets, costs and presenting it back to the Board**Requirements**:- Possess Bachelor / Master degree in Civil Engineering- Documented management experience in a property developer- Proven track record of starting and completing a high-rise development project- Able to speak multiple Malaysian languagesThe culture and benefits
