Job description Responsibilities:Strengthening the team's capabilities to consistently uphold the inventory of system features and data maps within the cards domainStrategizing technical deliverables, such as system enhancements and upgrades, to align with project requirements, budget constraints, and timelinesCollaborating across various application teams to navigate and manage technical interdependencies within the solutionStrategically planning, monitoring, and mitigating risks or issues related to technical deliveryPartnering with the Development Manager to oversee the enhancement projects within the application teamsCollaborating with the Test Manager to ensure comprehensive testing coverage, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing, and application security testing, resulting in high-quality outcomesRequirements:A minimum of 6 years of experience in Delivery, Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Management, including team management responsibilitiesPrior experience in systems development, encompassing coding, functional specifications, technical specifications, systems development, and testingHands-on expertise in Mainframe, specifically Cardlink/VisionPlus, and proficiency in Cobol, CICS, and JCLSound understanding and experience in the software development life cycleAbility to comprehend JSON, HTML codeProficiency in Advanced CICS and experience with APIs or MQ.
