Dietitian/Nutritionist

Qualifications- English proficiency- Diploma in Nutrition Science and Dietetics or equivalent.- Experience in providing consultation to customer (customer service, sales and after sales service)**Requirements**:- Able to work in a team- 3 years of customer relations management experience- 1 year of sales experience (B2B & B2C)- Excellent communication skills- Experience in online retailsResponsibilityProvide nutritional advices and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health*- Involve in new product development, product research, their benefits and usage- Develop educational & product related contents & videos as well as training, point of sales materials- Conduct Facebook lives, e-seminar to end users- To assist in brainstorming for Health & Wellness Category Planning and Sales Target.- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of current trends, new products, and competition status.- Improve product marketability and profitability of company products.- Taking care of clients enquiries about health information of products as well as answering online queries about nutrition's in a good and timely manner- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Prepare report (Monthly Online Sales Report, Customer Inquiries, Retail Report)- Having experience in using Active Campaign system- Data oriented, Microsoft Excel proficiencyAny other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:The management is responsible to ensure that all preventive measures as deemed necessary under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988(Act 342) and its regulations are adhered to.Ability to commute/relocate:- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- DIETITON: 1 year (preferred)- NUTRITIONIST: 1 year (preferred)- Customer support: 2 years (preferred)
