About the Role:We're hiring an Assistant Digital Marketing Content Manager to support our growing real estate investment training company in Hong Kong. In this role, you'll drive business growth by acquiring customers through various digital channels, optimizing conversion rates and marketing ROI, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to acquire and engage consumers, maximizing customer lifetime value.• Engage in customer service and product sales and after sale support.• Create editorial calendars for digital marketing channels, including websites, emails, social media, and instant messaging.• Produce creative content, including copywriting, artwork production, and video editing.• Manage website updates, social media postings, and email campaigns.• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through owned, paid, and earned media, while continuously optimizing ROI.• Operate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms for customer engagement and database management.Requirements:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a bachelor's degree in business, communications, multimedia, or other relevant majors.• Proficiency in reading and writing Traditional Chinese and English is a MUST.• Hands-on experience with web Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience with WordPress is a definite advantage.
