Your ‘day to day’ You will be accountable for 2 key responsibility: ?Insights Interpretation and collaboration: •Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and analyze business intelligence needs. •To drive and offer digital data analytics (e.g. trends, analysis innovations, industry best practices) utilizing digital analytic tools. •Evaluate and report on initiatives across digital platforms including performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different digital campaigns. •Suggest data driven optimization to business strategies through extracting and analyzing multiple data sources and turning them into actionable business insight. •Monitor and quantify & optimize the effectiveness of the consumer journey.•Continuously track and optimize the online/digital consumer acquisition campaigns•Provide detailed analysis of path to registration & path to purchase to improve the conversion funnel.•Develop forecasting model (e-commerce channels) based on historical data seasonality & business variables. •Continuously test to optimize existing campaigns, new marketing channels, and other business opportunities to improve the digital experience and grow revenue•Improving customer engagement by segmenting data and/or better using the existing data•Collaborate with the digital and marketing team to provide data-driven consultancy on the website/microsite marketing content assets, A/B testing to continually drive conversion and customer acquisition.•Collaborate and partner with Consumer Journey to analyze and improve customer journey and implement deliverables which facilitate business growth and maximized consumer-experience. ?Reporting: •Provide web/campaign performance reporting, ROI, CPA, and other relevant metrics and recommendation for optimization.•Develop the appropriate reporting tools and review cadence to enable productive ongoing analysis of digital marketing program performance and key learnings to inform real-time optimizations and budget allocations•Enable effective cross departmental moves and co-projects to contribute in PM Malaysia's talent development strategies. •Define & maintain daily ecommerce KPI reports to all key stakeholders.•Automate reporting process wherever needed/possible Who we’re looking for A passionate talent who possesses:•University degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent. MBA is highly desirable.•Minimum 4 years post qualifying experience within eCommerce/ Digital Publishing Web Analytics & Campaign Analysis.•Experience with one or more Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. •Applicable knowledge of SEM Strategy and Google Tag Manager. Google Search Console, SEM strategy, Social Media, Google Adwords, Optimizely or similar is an advantage•Experience with data visualization tool i.e. Power BI•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL•Experience with programmatic media•Strategic and implementation knowledge of digital paid, owned and earned media channels. •Strategic thinker and able to conceptualize solutions. •Demonstrate analytical, business-acumen and problem-solving skills. •Strong people skills with proven influencing and delivery power to work across-functionally and collaborate. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter with a strong drive for results. •Ability to embrace complexity, ambiguity and able to translate opportunities to experiment and simplify. •Demonstrates a strong curiosity to learn, sense of urgency, agility and a genuine commitment to revolutionizing the industry.
