Get to know the Role Drive project planning and project manage cross-functional projects for the organisation, including setting and actively tracking key milestones and deliverables. Assist senior executives and stakeholders in formulating and driving business strategy. The day-to-day activities Advise and support cross-functional teams in issues resolution - for example, providing a fact base, breaking down complex problems to identify key issues and advising on the practicalities of implementation or leading actual execution Develop short-term and long-term performance goals for the organisation Partner with the leadership team to communicate our objectives across internal and external stakeholders Review and refresh overall strategy to ensure alignment with management expectations and needs Requirements 4 - 8 years of experience at top tier strategy, management consultancy, or investment banking firm Strong academic track record Strong background in strategic thinking, analytics & demonstrated ability to problem solve Experience with hands-on engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills Convincing executive presence, solid spoken and written communication skills including executive level communication / slides Able to work independently and in teams At least 6-8 years of working experience.
