Digital Marketing Account Manager

**The Role**The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns and projects to ensure client satisfaction and success.**Key Responsibilities**1. Support on new business pitches. Work closely with BD team to develop a strategic marketing plans and initiatives that drive business growth and achieve measurable results.2. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation.3. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on insights and data analysis.4. Collaborate with internal operation teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects that align with client objectives and budget.5. Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results and meet client expectations.6. Manage vendors and control budget.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related files.- 3-5 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid medias.- Understand the nature of advertising and marketing, be interested in latest trends and the impact of these methods upon the clients bottom line- Excellent in project management and account management- Excellent presentation skills- Excellent relationship management skills- Willing to work at **Shah Alam, Selangor.****Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus
