Digital Marketing Admin

**JOB SCOPE**:- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats- Coordinate and place content for the company's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok and website- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner- Plan and schedule social media content for long and short-term- Managing and maintaining the company's presence on various social media platforms.- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive user engagement and conversions**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Mass Communication or Digital Marketing- Malaysian citizen- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CMS management- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from data to inform strategies and decisions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines**BENEFIT**:- Excellent career advancement opportunities- Salary is based on experience and skills- Attractive allowances are provided- Annual salary increment based on performance- Nearby to LRT station in Kuala Lumpur**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
