Digital Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager

**Job Overview / Summary**:You will be responsible for driving online sales, improving customer experience, managing online marketing campaigns, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales channels. You will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to increase online visibility, improve customer engagement and retention, and drive revenue growth.**Key role and responsibilities**:- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across marketplace (e.g., social media,shopee,lazada).- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.- Manage website content and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute online marketing initiatives.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and insights that can be used to improve online sales and marketing efforts.- Analyzing website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online customer experience.- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.- Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors, such as logistics providers and payment gateways, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company's online sales efforts.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (preferred)**Location**:- Seri Kembangan (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
