Digital Marketing Executive

**Responsibility**:- Manage online communication program and company website, APP and B2B or B2C platform.- Conduct market research and trend analysis in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.- Participate in the formulation of the company's product pricing strategy and provide necessary support.- Plan and formulate effective online and offline marketing campaigns, activities, work closely with sales team to ensure sales targets are met.- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.**Requirement**:- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.- Previous or current experience working as Head of Marketing level or equivalent Senior Marketing Manager level.- Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.- Strong commercial and analytical skills.- Capacity to use Microsoft Office, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools- Good in English and Mandarin language; English in oral and written.**Other Information**:- Career growth & development opportunities- EPF/SOCSO/EIS, Allowance, Performance Bonus.- Attractive salary package- Work in Johor Bahru**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What's your expected salary?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 1 year (preferred)- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
