Digital Marketing Executive

Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns/ promotional activities/ event / new project launches.- Define strategy and campaigns to drive promotions, engagement and grow follower base.- Create content strategy and coordinate with listing for clients viewing.- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, create FB, Tik Tok content and online advertising campaigns.- Creating marketing collateral such as flyers and newsletters.- Staying updated on current industry trends.- Conducting research on pending, active, and sold listings.- Scheduling viewing of properties clients are interested in.- Creative writing & copy writing.- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.**Job Requirements**:- Hands-on experience with managing social media engagement and interactions- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.- Familiar with social media ad requirement**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
