Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts while also overseeing our e-commerce operations. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive growth and maximize online sales.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various online channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing. Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website(s) and third-party marketplaces, to enhance the online shopping experience and maximize conversion rates. Create and execute engaging digital content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and multimedia assets, to attract and retain customers. Analyse key performance metrics and data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing and e-commerce. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support business objectives. Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team. Assist in other marketing and e-commerce-related tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. Proven experience as a in digital marketing and e-commerce roles, with a track record of driving results and achieving KPIs in the cosmetic / personal care industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS). In-depth knowledge of cosmetic products, skincare, personal care, and beauty trends. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and staying ahead of industry trends. Familiarity with drugstore/pharmacy operations and retail industry is a plus. Based in Selangor - Subang Jaya.
