Understand brand, customer, product goals and all other aspects of service and device a marketing content using English and sometimes Bahasa Photography, graphic design and video content creation. Assist in creating engaging written or graphic content in the form of social media content. Manage the company's website, social media accounts and post content frequently. Engage with customer enquiries on social media platforms in messenger or WhatsApp Updating company websites, reference website Create marketing collaterals Assist and support in exhibitions Perform other Digital Marketing activities and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) activities. Perform other graphic designs related works The Profile Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Proficiency in computer skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, social media knowledge Organized and have good interpersonal skills. Possesses good communication skills and ability to communicate well in either written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region. Able to work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively. Able to multitask, be resourceful and proactive with good common sense & also a sense of urgency Ensuring all copy is proofread and free of errors. A team player who is attentive to detail and a goal-getter Able to work extra mile Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Comm or equivalent, who have great interest in marketing may also apply.
