Requirements:You have 1 to 2 years of performance marketing experiences, preferably in early growth startups You have run your own startup or similar entrepreneurial projectsYou are familiar with Google Ads, Facebook Analytics, etc.You are active, ambitious, and thirsty to learnYou have a flexible, adaptable, and resilient characterYou are willing to travel to Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities:Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities, especially performance marketing by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content marketing, SEO, advertising, etc.)Brainstorm and problem solving for creative social media marketing campaignsPlan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesUndertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
