Funnel Optimization: Design and refine marketing funnels to maximise conversion rates. Implement testing protocols to identify bottlenecks and optimise each stage of the funnel for various customer segments. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Performance Marketing Oversight: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, ensuring they meet ROI goals and adhere to budget constraints. CRM and Email Marketing: Oversee strategies for customer engagement, including segmentation and campaign management, to enhance customer retention and engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyse campaign performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management. Vendor Management: Liaise with external agencies and service providers to ensure high-quality resources and tools are utilised effectively. Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in digital marketing, with a strong background in SEO, funnel optimization, and CRM. Prior experience in a management role is strongly preferred. Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
