Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Create, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with an eye for attention to small details. Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget. Oversee all the company's social media accounts. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Strong and productive relationships with all paid media agencies. Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices. Requirements: 2-3years of relevant work experience in social media, campaign management, multi-channel campaigns. English native speaker is preferred, BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. Experience in different channels of marketing, preferably growth marketing. Bonus points: abundant international media and channel resources;
