Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:- Build and manage the SaaS product marketing team, establish the team's performance system with the goal of acquiring customer leads.- Develop brand development strategies, plan and drive the implementation of the brand's official website, and establish and operate the brand's various social media platforms.- Deeply understand product features, identify user needs, and develop relevant digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, social media marketing, EDM, SMS, and community operations.- Understand and set up attribution for lead acquisition across various channels, analyze the effectiveness of lead generation in different channels, and formulate channel optimization strategies based on the results.- Regularly report the marketing team's work to superiors and develop the team's next steps.Job Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.- Ability to quickly learn and familiarize oneself with the company's SaaS product, identify target user pain points and needs.- Prior experience in Web 3.0, SaaS, or related marketing fields is preferred.**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Digital Marketing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (required)- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)Expected Start Date: 07/01/2023
