**Digital Marketing Manager**Your new company**An established and leading educational institution is currently on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to come on-board their business.**Your new role**- Managing the continuous improvement of the website, social assets, apps as well as the development of digital content and communication to enhance the customer experience and engagement.- Planning and managing our social media platforms and community alongside our community engagement team.- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website and all other digital platforms.- Identify trends, insights, and optimise spending and performance based on insights affecting our industry, channels, and communities.**What you'll need to succeed**- EDUCATION: Preferably BA/BS in marketing, communications, or equivalent working experience.- EXPERIENCE: Preferably 5 years of proven experience in digital functions including (not limited to) digital strategy, content marketing, digital advertising, website strategy and deployment, user experience and architecture, agency, or consulting experience a plus.- Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics and a knowledge base around CTAs and smart form features to optimise for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads.
