Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and social media platforms- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, email open rates, and social media engagement- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing- Work closely with the SEO team to improve website visibility and rankings- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms- Energetic and motivated personality traits- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
