Details of the offer

Job Descriptions:
1. Lead the marketing team to develop and implement all the digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign
2. Design, build and maintaining our social media presence across all digital channel: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Google Adwords
3. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify Trend and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5. Contribute creative, concept, theme, and tactical ideas content for company E-Commerce Channel
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
7. Strong analytical ability
8. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
9. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Requirements:
1. Minimum Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant field
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in Digital Marketing Manager
3. Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaign
4. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google analytics and CRM software
5. Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication
6. Copywriter skills (Mandarin & English)
